Customers of Wells Fargo nationwide have been reportedly unable to use their online banking or mobile app services early Thursday morning.
Users took to Twitter complaining about not being able to access the bank's website and app. There are also reports of cards being rejected by cash machines and stores.
"We're working to restore services as soon as possible", Wells Fargo wrote.

Wells Fargo did not answer questions about when the apparent outage might be resolved and whether the outage was impacting in-branch banking and ATM machines. Other said this is the second time in as many days that they've had difficulty accessing their accounts. The reason for the initial outage, though similar, was not clarified.
Some are reminding the banking giant of the 2016 scandal when employees opened about 3.5 million bank accounts in customers names without authorization in order to meet sales goals.
"We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these system issues, and we want our customers to know that any Wells Fargo fees incurred as a result of these issues will be reversed."
