Juventus confident of Ramsey deal

Arsenal manager, Unai Emery has urged midfielder, Aaron Ramsey to remain fully focused on the club in the coming months amidst interest from Juventus.

Juventus have made a clutch of big-name Bosman signings in recent years, namely Sami Khedira from Real Madrid, Dani Alves from Barcelona and Emre Can from Liverpool.

The 28-year-old has drawn interest from Juventus in recent weeks, with reports suggesting this morning that the Welsh global has agreed to a five-year pre-contract with the Serie A champions.

Serie A giants Juventus have reportedly won the race to sign an Arsenal star, whose contract runs out at the end of the current season.

Having entered the final six months of his contract, Ramsey has been free to speak with European clubs keen to contest for his signature.

"He [Ramsey] is an excellent player, he has been playing at a high level for many years and plays for a great team".

We are talking about goalkeeper Petr Cech who has fallen down the pecking order ever since the Gunners signed Bernd Leno during the summer transfer window.

'I don't know now, ' Emery said (as reported by Metro).

"I am thinking about each match, preparing each match, and today I can say to you, to every supporter, that we are at the beginning of this competition".

"On Tuesday [against Fulham], he scored when he played 15 minutes, and he gave a good performance". Yes, he has been involved on a regular basis this season, but Ramsey has started less than half of Arsenal's Premier League games, and he is definitely not one of Emery's A-listers.
