Stormy Daniels' Attorney Michael Avenatti Arrested for Felony Domestic Violence

Anti-Trump attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested Wednesday on charges of felony domestic violence that reportedly left the woman with a "swollen and bruised" face. The police department said the investigation was still ongoing and additional details would be released later. "I will never strike a woman".

He later appeared before a group of reporters, again denying the accusations and thanking the LAPD, who he said "had no option in light of the allegations".

Christopher Di Mezzo, a spokesperson for the party, said he and leaders of the party spoke immediately after the news broke about Avenatti's arrest.

He represents Daniels - real name Stephanie Clifford - who claims she an affair with President Trump in 2006 and was paid to keep quiet about it. Avenatti said at the time that the referral was "baseless". I look forward to being fully exonerated'. TMZ then changed their report to simply read that an unidentified woman made the report against Avenatti.

Hours after the TMZ story came out, Lisa Storie-Avenatti's attorneys contacted Buzzfeed.

According to the report, the woman was seen running out of a high-end apartment complex in Century City, which is in Los Angeles, California, on Wednesday.

"We can confirm that Michael Avenatti was arrested by LAPD detectives". We're told he will be released on $50,000 bail.

Five minutes later, Avenatti showed up and ran into the building, chasing after her.

A report against Avenatti regarding an alleged encounter on Tuesday was filed by his estranged wife, TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources. "My client states that there has never been domestic violence in her relationship with Michael and that she has never known Michael to be physically violent toward anyone".
