OnePlus 6T: What to expect


Release date The OnePlus 6T was originally scheduled to launch on October 30, but the launch has since been shifted to October 29 to avoid a clash with Apple's iPad and MacBook event.

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is all set to launch its latest flagship smartphone OnePlus 6T. OnePlus also promised that the phone will be able to take high-quality pictures with its cameras, while a new gesture will arrive to the company's gesture-based navigation, a gesture which will allow you to quickly switch between the last two apps. 6T will also be the first OnePlus handset to ditch the 3.5 mm headphone jack in favour of audio over USB-C.

Thanks to numerous leaks, the flagship device will be the company's first to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The OnePlus 6T is launching next Monday and if you're thinking of getting a unit, it looks like it will be coming to Malaysia very soon. The smartphone is said to come in three variants - 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. On the camera front, the leak suggests that the OnePlus 6T will sport a dual rear camera setup. OnePlus 6T has already been confirmed to come with a waterdrop style notch, Snapdragon 845 chipset and in-display fingerprint sensor.
