Apple iPhone XR will be available for pre-orders in India from tomorrow. The base variant of the iPhone XR is priced at Rs 76,900 in India. It'll be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options as well as black, blue, yellow, white, coral, and red color options. Instead of just going with traditional news outlets, Apple also gave early iPhone XR units to popular YouTubers, probably in an effort to reach a younger audience.
"We believe that replacement demand for XR will be better than it was for the iPhone 8 series previous year because of XR's larger display, longer battery life, dual-SIM support, and new form factor design", Kuo said in the note to investors.More news: Mega Millions is now $900M. The iPhone XR will be available in South Africa on October 26.
The iPhone Upgrade Programme is available for iPhone XR at apple.com and Apple Stores in the United Kingdom with low monthly payments starting at £41.45 with zero percent interest. These include US, UK, Canada, China, Australia, and more.
If you want to buy the XR SIM-free and spread the cost then you can opt to purchase it through Apple's iPhone Upgrade Programme. This is because the iPhone XR only uses a wide angle lens on the back, whereas Portrait Mode on the XS and XS Max use the telephoto lens, requiring you to step back a bit. The phone is powered by Apple's latest six-core A12 Bionic SoC, coupled with a quad-core GPU, 3GB of RAM, and 64GB/ 128GB/ 256GB of inbuilt storage. Unlike the more expensive versions, however, it utilizes a cheaper LCD panel and only has a single rear-facing camera. There is a 2,942mAh battery under the hood, with a bundled 5W adapter in the box.
