Here's What Brett Kavanaugh's 3rd Accuser, Julie Swetnick, Alleges

Michael Avenatti has revealed the identity of a third Kavanaugh accuser, Juliet Swetnick, in a bombshell tweet, along with a sworn statement detailing her allegations.

"The committee has written a letter to (Avenatti) asking him if he can produce his client for an interview under oath", said Sen.

In addition to writing that she "observed Brett Kavanaugh drink excessively at these parties and enage in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls", she mentions having seen him at a string of parties known as "Beach Week".

Swetnick's accusations followed claims of sexual misconduct during high school and college against Kavanaugh from two other women.

She said she had witnessed efforts by Kavanaugh to "target particular girls so they could be taken advantage of". Susan Collins (R-ME), a key swing vote in the Senate on Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination, told fellow Republicans in a meeting Wednesday that she's "unnerved" by allegations being raised against Kavanaugh, and that she might want to hear from Kavanaugh's friend, Mike Judge.

"I was walking my dog and Christine was outside of her house", White said. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) blasted Republicans for labeling the accusations as a smear campaign and again called for Federal Bureau of Investigation intervention. Ford, the first woman to accuse Kavanaugh of assault, alleged that Judge was present for that incident.

Grassley reiterated on Twitter that the allegations against Kavanaugh and other leads were being investigated by his committee staff, as well as agents detailed from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. These four "witnesses" are declaring, under oath, that Ford told them about her accusations at some point in the past six years, not to any firsthand knowledge of any assault or any of the events Ford alleges.

She said she was drugged during the gang rape of which she was a victim.

She claimed that boys at these parties used this technique to "gang rape" a drunk woman at the party with a "train" of men waiting in the hallway to have their turn.

- Davis said Avenatti's demand that he allegations merit an FBI investigation is unnecessary.

The new allegation comes one day before Kavanaugh is set to testify at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing along with another accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who says Kavanaugh held her down and tried to take her clothes off when they were in high school.

Schumer urged Senate Republicans to "immediately suspend" confirmation proceedings related to Kavanaugh's nomination due to "multiple, corroborated allegations" against him.

Lawyers for the Senate panel were reviewing it Wednesday morning, committee spokesman Taylor Foy said.

Avenatti said earlier this week Swetnick's story was coming.

"To me, these are clearly attempts, and frankly attempts by the Democrats that I think they ought to in many cases be ashamed of, to try at the 11th hour to destroy the reputation of an individual based upon, I would argue pretty flimsy evidence", Thune said.
