The reality star reportedly died from a drug overdose, however her cause of death is still under investigation. NYPD confirmed with Radar a woman's body was found: "On Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at approximately 0505 hours, police encountered a 26-year-old female, unconscious and unresponsive, lying on the sidewalk in the vicinity of Undercliff Avenue and Boscobel Place, within the confines of the 44 Precinct".
The Daily News reports, "McHenry, who was 20 weeks pregnant was dressed in a pajama top and no trousers, although she was wearing underwear, police said". At the time of her death, McHenry was reportedly 20 weeks pregnant.
