Meanwhile the axed House of Cards actor is under criminal investigation in MA involving a then 18-year-old male, while the LA County DA is reviewing other allegations against him as well.
His comments come after actor Anthony Rapp's accusation spurred a torrent of public claims and police investigations against the Academy Award-winner.
The Metropolitan police, while not naming Spacey, outlined the allegations contained in three new reports its detectives have taken this year. Spacey for attacks occurring in 1996, 2008, and in 2013, in Westminister, Lambeth, and Gloucester, respectively. There are also investigations into Spacey taking place in MA and California.
Spacey's first accuser, Star Trek: Discovery actor Anthony Rapp, came forward last October with claims that Spacey made sexual advances at him at a party in 1986, when he was just 14-years-old.More news: Walmart's impeach Trump clothing draws social media outrage

Spacey apologized to Rapp in October for "deeply inappropriate drunken behavior" and later released a statement saying he was seeking unspecified treatment.
Australian actor Guy Pearce says the disgraced actor was "handsy" during their time together on LA Confidential.
These include an allegation of sexual assault in West Hollywood in 1992, and multiple complaints against the actor while he was the Old Vic theatre's artistic director between 2004 and 2015. "Slightly hard time with Kevin, yeah", Guy said (via Page Six).
In a sneak peek for Andrew Denton's Interview program, Pearce claimed he had a "difficult time" with Spacey on set. Wonderful actor, incredible actor. Mmm. "I could never imagine [that] anyone else I know would do something like that to a 14-year-old boy". He was also replaced with Christopher Plummer in Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World.
"This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life".
