Daniel Cormier Predicted Exactly How He Would KO Stipe Miocic

The pro wrestling-inspired moment, which was apropos considering Lesnar is the current WWE universal champion, came just moments after Cormier knocked out heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic in the main event of UFC 226.

Cormier had just won the title, knocking out Stipe Miocic with a short right hand. The first was Conor McGregor, who accomplished the feat in late 2016.

But, given the state of its heavyweight division, the same can not be said for the UFC.

With the knockout win, Cormier became the second-ever UFC simultaneous two-division champion. He and Cormier served as coaches on the recent season of "The Ultimate Fighter" reality series. Cormier proceeded to fire shots while his opponents lay defenceless, forcing the referee to call the fight right there and then with 27 seconds remaining on the clock. White said he didn't know when the fight between Lesnar and Daniel Cormier will happen this year, but it's definitely a fight they will make. [Francis] Ngannou is a piece of shit. Miocic's a piece of s-t. "DC, I'm coming for you motherfucker!" Lesnar's one-year ban for a failed drugs test surrounding his last UFC fight against Mark Hunt ended last year.

UFC punished Lesnar by fining him $250,000 and suspending him for one year, which lead to Lesnar declaring his retirement from the sport.

Lesnar is still under contract with the WWE until August and has yet to enter into the USADA testing pool, which would force him to be tested for six months before fighting again. The WWE put up a story on its website about Lesnar being spotted at UFC 226. After getting his hand raised, Cormier played host to a ringside Brock Lesnar who made a decision to crash the festivities, in an apparent hype-job for a future tilt. Or if I fight Brock Lesnar I get paid. "I don't know where they are in the process but he is going to pop up on the board here soon".
