Angelina Jolie required to give Brad Pitt more access to their kids

The order also outlines a shared custody schedule for the summer, where Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Pax, Vivienne and Knox will spend their time between their parents' homes in LA and London, while Angelina maintains primary custody.

The papers detail the children's summer visitation with Brad in London and L.A., and say that a psychologist or psychiatrist will be present for the United Kingdom meetings. "He now knows he will get the time he needs to bond with his kids".

Apparently, judging by the documents leaked, Brad will be able to spend more time with his kids over the summer, with the exception of 16-year-old Maddox, who 'because of his age and maturity, ' can decide himself how often he'll be meeting his father.

Angelina filed for divorce from Brad on 19 September 2016 after two years of marriage and twelve years together.

In the immediate aftermath of the split, Jolie sought sole physical custody of all the children. News on Tuesday, a judge working on the high-profile case has determined that "not having a relationship with their father is harmful" to the children, adding that it is "critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother". "They worked out an agreement that was mutually acceptable".

The court stated that if Jolie fails to comply to the new terms then she risks losing primary custody. The court also bars her from reading the children's text messages with Pitt or from giving out a number to a phone that she secretly monitors. "Of course Angelina and Brad both want to be part of their children's lives, but it seems like Angelina hasn't been ready to let go and have the kids spend any real extended time with Brad". Jolie's reps did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

"This [divorce] has been a longstanding back-and-forth, and hopefully now there will be greater collaboration for the benefit of the kids", a source told Us Weekly.

Between July 8 and July 14, the doting dad will have custody of the minor children for an entire four-day period. The court also said that a child therapist will be present, either for the visits themselves or to check in with the children after the visits.

Pitt was cleared of allegations of child abuse by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in November 2016.
