April 12, 2018: Police say a man with a knife walked into a business on Victoria Avenue, just east of Park Street.

The victim was assaulted at gun point and robbed of his cell phone and cash, police said.

The reports revealed that the couple went to the FTB bank to withdraw 424,999 United States dollars on March 29, and then transferred the money to China so they had only 15,869 USD left in their bank account.

According to Carrillo, the teller complied and gave the woman an undisclosed amount of money. He left several threatening voicemails to the 42-year-old employee and school officials quickly alerted police. He demanded money, then fled when he got it.
