Josh Norman, Tonya Harding Among 'Dancing with the Stars: Athletes' Contestants

"Athletes" cast was revealed on Friday morning, featuring a Notre Dame basketball player, plenty of Olympic athletes, a former Major League Baseball player, and an NBA legend.

Rippon has been working towards his reported goal of hosting a reality TV show with Ellen DeGeneres ever since his medal and social media-winning performance at the Pyeongchang Games. Meanwhile, Nagasu also took home a bronze medal for her efforts, and she will join forces with Alan Bernstein.

Team USA's Olympic luger Chris Mazdzer will be partnering up with season 19 victor Witney Carson.

While Harding, 47, will likely face backlash for her appearance and performances following her infamous feud with Kerrigan, 48, a source told PEOPLE that the network chose to cast her because "Tonya gets ratings".

After pro Lindsay Arnold lost to Olympic luge silver medalist Chris Mazdzer, Strahan invited pro Sasha Farber to step up to the challenge with one of the Internet's favorite athlete of the 2018 winter Olympics, Adam Rippon, the first openly gay U.S. Olympian.

Current cornerback for the Washington Redskins Josh Norman will be joining Sharna Burgess in competing for the Mirror Ball trophy. Hopefully at least a few of them will be competing on the fall season, which will return to the regular format. University of Notre Dame star player Arike Ogunbowale rounds out the cast and will partner with Gleb Savchenko. The reason why for the shortened season is American Idol.

Unlike in past years when a portion of the cast was comprised of ex-athletes, this upcoming season will be entirely made up of current and former athletes.
