The Colorado State Police said that Fegan tried to merge his SUV onto a highway before a commuter bus hit him, according to multiple reports. According to the Aspen Times, Fegan's five-year-old son and an unidentified 29-year-old woman were airlifted to a Denver hospital with serious injuries.
He was attempting to cross or merge on to the highway when his SUV was broadsided by the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus, the Colorado State Patrol said. Updates on their condition were not available Sunday night. After having ties with topmost basketball players in NBA, Fegan received an honourable mention from the Forbes magazine in 2016 and was named in the list of top NBA agents. Fegan was recently involved in a very much open split with the Independent Sports & Entertainment agency.
