Along with the trailer release, Marvel also released the official poster.

Despite being little over a month away from the release of Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel has so far managed to keep most of the film's biggest secrets from the public eye.

The forthcoming film topped Fandango.com's list of 2018's most-anticipated movies, followed by Black Panther and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. The villain is on a quest to collect the six Infinity Stones, which will allow him to wipe out half the population of the universe. Sequels (and threequels) to popular series are expected to be announced at later dates, such as Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, and Doctor Strange 2. The latest trailer might not be the first look at the movie (as the first teaser trailer dropped near the end of November last year), but it does give more context and more theories. Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on April 27.

Today Marvel officially announced that a new Avengers: Infinity War trailer will premiere worldwide tomorrow, March 16th.

From what we know, the final battle between our favorites and Thanos for the Infinity Stones will take place in Wakanda. What did you think of the new trailer?

As at the time of writing this, the two-minute trailer (above) has racked up more than 5 million views on YouTube in less than five hours.

There is that sense of foreboding as Marvel boss Kevin Feige recently said that Infinity War may see the death of a major character but there is a lot of humour to offset the mood.

And it looks like the gangs all here, with all the action and wisecracks we could want. A culmination of heroes from 10 years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, coming together for one objective: to defeat the ultimate villain.
