Subscribers can recharge their accounts with the new Rs 109 prepaid recharge plan via Idea's official website or app.
The Rs 158 prepaid plan offers unlimited voice calling, including local, STD, and roaming calls within India. This Vodafone prepaid recharge plan also offers Local + STD unlimited voice calls for 90 Days.
According to the report, this plan is similar to that of Idea Cellular's Rs 93 plan, but it offers benefits for ten days, while the Rs 109 plan offers the same benefits for 14 days. Telecom companies are scrambling to offer cheaper data plans ever since Reliance Jio entered the fray and changed the industry with its 1GB data per day plans. Further, users will get 1GB of 4G data per day and it is valid for 28 days, thus making a grand total of 28GB of data per month.More news: Chemical Cleaning Product Use Linked To Lung Function Decline Among Women

Validity - The validity of the new Idea Prepaid plan is 14 days. Ever since Reliance Jio led a disruption in the market, rivals have been forced to come up with prepaid plans offering unlimited calls, data and more.
Subscribers are advised to check the availability of this plan and its benefits in their circle before recharging it. Sadly, this plan doesn't offer SMS benefits like the other telecom operators. It is to be noted that the unlimited voice calls benefit comes with a cap of Rs 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. After exhaustion of the data daily limit, the speed of Jio's data gets reduced to 64kbps. Interestingly with a difference of only ₹7 Vodafone is offering 27GB more data.
Vodafone prepaid SuperPlans Rs. 399 offers 1.4GB/day of 3G/4G data for a validity of 84 Days. The new prepaid plan from Idea is said to compete against the Rs 93 plan of Airtel and Rs 98 plan of Reliance Jio.
