Samsung Galaxy S9 release date, specs, price and benchmarks - everything we know

Now, just before the official launch, full specifications of the Galaxy S9 duo along with new press renders have emerged online. Up front, both models are expected to feature an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

At this point, there are more questions than questions about what Uhssup is, although a look at the promotional slogans on the Samsung Galaxy S9 reveal that Samsung not only wants to "reimagine the camera" but also ' redefine the way you share your moments'. In the past, Samsung has introduced the device and either launched it with carrier partners immediately, or waited several weeks before accepting orders.

The smartphones will be available in Midnight Black, Lilac Purple, Coral Blue and Titanium Gray colour options. The company's in-house processor is based on 10nm process and features four cores clocked at 1.9GHz, while four high-performance cores are clocked at 2.9GHz.

To recall, the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are the upcoming S series flagships from the company. The former will be sold in the USA and the latter in the rest of the world.

Sources told WinFuture that the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus would have 64GB of internal storage, which you can expand further by up to 400GB via a microSD card slot. Battery capacity is 3,500mAh which can give backup up to 34 hours. "In this way, the latest version of Samsung's brand sound has the power to relax the mind and heal the soul, thus resonating with all who hear it, regardless of their age". Earlier this month, the Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S9 was spotted on Geekbench.

Both phones will use Samsung Exynos 9810 Octacore-SoC with 4 high end core on 2.9 GHz and 4 power saving cores on 1.9GHz. A stereo speaker is going to be present here.

It is expected that the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus will get a Dual camera module, similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, while the smaller S9 will make do with a single camera at the back. This time, the devices are tipped to come at a steep price, with many reports pegging the devices to come with a base price of £739 (Roughly Rs. 66,000).
