OnePlus has rolled out new OxygenOS Open Beta update for its OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T smartphones. In addition, the update brings updated camera app with new user interface, optimizations to photo quality and beauty effect support in the portrait mode.

This is an incremental update and only a small percentage of users will get it today, while other OnePlus 5T owners have to wait for few days to get this stable update.

The OxygenOS 5.0 update is 1587MB in size. The final release appears to be quite similar (if not identical) to the third beta release. Now, OnePlus has added a functionality to disable or replace the soft navigation bar with gestures. For stable updates, factory reset your phones and then flash a firmware build.
