Perhaps the finished movie will look better, but at this point in time, "Cobra Kai" looks a little too YouTube to be worth paying attention to. The teaser does reveal that Daniel and Johnny are far from friends after all these years.
It's clear that Johnny hasn't ever found a way to learn his lesson over the years, since he's still carrying on the teachings that mercy is for the weak.
Now, they're about to go head-to-head once again.

According to Entertainment Weekly, which debuted the trailer, the cast will include Parenthood's Xolo Maridueña as a bullied youngster who's mentored by Johnny, while Designated Survivor's Tanner Buchanan plays Johnny's son, who's fighting to escape his father's shadow.
But who will be the first to throw out that much dreaded and debilitating crane kick?
LaRussa proclaims to Lawrence, "Johnny, you and I, this, we aren't done". Yes, we know Johnny is the "bad guy" but even the bad guy gets some fans right?
