Just last week, I was at a Jio gallery to check if the new 2018 plans had come into effect; more importantly to see if the store guys were updated about the changes in the Jio prepaid plans from 9th January. The company's immensely competitive data plans have forced other telecom companies such as Airtel and Vodafone to offer similar plans. The offer can be available from today under which Jio offering cashback worth Rs 400 on recharges above Rs 398. There is one more new pack of Rs. 299 which packs 2 GB/DAY, unlimited voice packs and 100 SMS/day for 28 Days. For the MobiKwik users, the cashback is Rs. 300 along with 100% SuperCash MobiKwik hotel voucher up to Rs. 2,500. They will also get unlimited local and STD calls, free SMSes and unrestricted access to Jio apps such as JioTV, Jio Cinema and more. The Rs 24 pack gives benefits for two days, while the Rs 54 plan offers benefits for seven days. Once users finish their daily quota of 1GB, the speed will get reduced to 64Kbps for the rest of the day.
Reliance Jio has introduced the 4G based feature phone ever with the functionality of all 4G Data access such as access to browsers, access to Jio apps, and offering complete usage of internet. Jio recently slashed data rates across its prepaid plans. Earlier priced at Rs 499, this plan has 91GB data for 91 days with a cap of 1GB data per day. The new plan offers 1GB data per day and comes with a validity of 28 days. This plan offers 1GB data per day and the validity is 82 days. These are two sachet plans of Rs 24 and Rs 54 each.
