The match was halted while paramedics came to ringside with a stretcher, but Paige was eventually able to walk out of the ring and to the back under her own power.
The Mirror reports, that backstage people are saying Paige was hit with a "stinger" - an injury to the neck or head which causes a stinging sensation.More news: Congress Legislator slaps woman constable, get slapped back

However, Paige is still technically injured and according to PWInsider, she has already been pulled from this weekend's show.
WWE clearly had big plans for Paige given how much Absolution has cast a shadow over the women's division on Raw. Now that she's already been yanked form future events is not a great sign in terms of Paige's immediate future.
Considering her past battles with injuries, WWE will likely maintain a conservative protocol in regard to getting Paige back in action.
