A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Winter Weather Advisories end at all different times this afternoon and evening while a Winter Storm Warning continues until midnight for Berrien County. The snow, moving up from the south, will likely begin after 2 a.m. Saturday.

"Travel may be hard at times", the National Weather Service said. Multiple days of freezing morning temperatures are expected north and west of the Lake Saturday-Monday mornings.

A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the northern part of the area until 4 p.m. today. The Pacific Northwest and Upper Midwest, however, will see less precipitation than normal.
