Airtel's Rs. 93 pack offers unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls, 100 SMSes per day (local and STD), and a total of 1GB of 3G/ 4G data with a validity of 10 days. The High Speed data speed gets reduced to 64Kbps after the daily and monthly limit of the users gets exhausted. In fact, the Rs.52 plan from Jio, which has a validity of 7 days, offers 1.05GB of 4G data along with unlimited local and STD voice calls, and 70 SMS.
This new pack overtakes Jio's Rs 98 pack which offers 2.1 GB of 4G data, with unlimited local, STD, and roaming calls and 140 SMS per day with daily limit of 0.15 GB. There is no limit on the daily data usage, however, users will get only 1GB data for 10 days. At the same time, the Prime customers of Jio will get 2 GB 4G data in the plan of 299 rupees.

Airtel has announced a new prepaid recharge pack of Rs 93 to beat Jio Rs 98 pack, making yet another retaliation in its ongoing battle with the newbie telecom operator, Reliance Jio. Overall though, Jio's plan is the definitely better value when compared to Airtel's new Rs.93 plan, especially when you compare the data benefits. This pack has a validity of 14 days. It also offers free voice calling to local and national numbers, alongside free access to Jio apps, including JioCinema, JioTV, and JioMusic. Other plans for Reliance Jio are Rs 399, Rs 459, Rs 499 and Rs 509, which have different validity periods and data benefits. Unlimited calls and 100 SMS every day are likewise added in this pack. It gives unlimited calls and messages are restricted to 100 per day.
