Reggie Osse, founder of the "Combat Jack" podcast, died after a battle with colon cancer, Loud Speakers Podcast Network confirmed Wednesday.

The hip-hop attorney shared his colon cancer diagnosis two months ago on his show's Twitter account.

Combat hosted a popular hip hop podcast The Combat Jack Show and also its TV version.

Some hip hop personalities have been reacting to his death including Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg. I got hit with some real life shit. "I was recently diagnosed with Colon Cancer", he said at the time, according to XXL. In 2009, Ossé began writing under the Combat Jack moniker for his Daily Mathematics blog.

Recording his first ever live in London episode of the Combat Jack Show back in 2016 when he was joined by special guest Kano at the Brooklyn Bowl, he made quite the impression.

He later revealed how he was rushed to hospital for "pretty severe surgery".

"Take care of your health", he tweeted. We're gonna keep doing this. Still, wanted to let y'all know the progress and my focus to #CombatCancer. He later contributed to Complex and XXL and became the managing editor for The Source. During its run, Jack invited notable guests such as Russell Simmons, Chuck D, Damon Dash, RZA, Scarface, D-Nice and many more.

"We had serious ups and downs, but I was so happy we had made things good".
