Taylor Swift's New Album: When Does 'Reputation' Release?

Last week, we found out that Swift was set to perform a new track from her sixth studio album during ABC's TGIT block on November 9, and this morning we got a small glimpse of the performance.

Continuing her string of performances, SiriusXM also announced this morning that Swift will perform an exclusive acoustic performance in front of select subscribers tomorrow to celebrate Reputation's release. It will be Swift's first performance of a new song in three years and marks the singer's first television appearance in promotion of her sixth studio album.

But streaming, it seems, will not be a factor: yesterday it was suggested that Reputation will not appear on services such as Spotify or Apple Music for at least a week, if not more. As he explained, he had no idea whether or not the track list for Swift's upcoming album, Reputation, was real or not.

Check out Swift's posts below.

The songs on the album supposedly chronicle Swift's newest relationship.

We've gotten plenty of details, sneak peaks and teasers from the album so far, and that's not going to stop before the album comes out.

And on Thursday evening the Shake It Off singer will debut her new single New Year's Day during the airing of Scandal on ABC.

"Watch #TGIT Next Thursday to see the World Premiere Performance of a new song by @taylorswift13!" She also had Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) in her "Bad Blood" music video.

The star's past releases have each sold jaw-dropping numbers of copies in their opening weeks in the U.S., and Billboard claims that record label Big Machine expects Reputation to set a new bar.
