Raiders' Michael Crabtree, Broncos' Aqib Talib ejected after fight

Talib famously yanked the chain off Crabtree's neck in a game previous year. That prompted multiple Broncos to chase Crabtree away.

Sunday's battle between the two players certainly was the latter, as both Talib and Crabtree were ejected mere minutes into the Week 12 contest at O.co Coliseum.

There's a history behind this.

. Marshawn Lynch was tossed from an October 19 win over Kansas City after leaving the sideline to intercede in an altercation between teammates and the Chiefs Marcus Peters. Talib and Gabe Jackson were also ejected following the scuffle.

Three players were thrown out of the game after a brawl broke out between members of the Denver Broncos and the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. Crabtree said previous year. "I could have hurt him".

Harris stayed down after the play and was help by the Broncos' trainers. He talks too much. What do you want me to do?

"Snatching chains on the field, like what you accomplish?" Crabtree didn't have his helmet on, but he was still willing to fight Talib. "He's just been wearing that chain all year and it just been growing on me", Talib said via the Mercury News. "So he wore it in front of me so I had to snatch it off".

It seems Crabtree was determined not to let it happen again. After Crabtree brought Talib to the ground, a major brawl ensued, with more than a dozen players from each team involved. We won't get to see how this matchup would have gone compared to last year's, but if the Raiders' production offensively this season would be any indication, perhaps not all that much better.
