OJ Simpson reportedly kicked out of Vegas hotel for being unruly, drunk

A 70-year-old man, let alone OJ mf Simpson, can only party for so long before things start to go south. Reports are coming out that last night OJ got a little too hammered and was booted from the Cosmopolitan hotel in Vegas.

Simpson was in the Cosmopolitan Hotel's Clique bar on the night of November 8.

Simpson was released from prison shortly after midnight October 1 after serving nine years of a 33-year sentence for robbing sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2007.

Attorney Malcolm LaVergne on Thursday told The Associated Press that Simpson received a trespass notice from the hotel Wednesday.

LaVergne says Simpson was not given a reason for the ban.

If you thought Simpson would live a quiet life after spending time in prison - he asked for privacy as he was released, which is kind of humorous given the latest news - then you were probably asking for a little too much. Laverne maintains that Simpson was not drunk and did not become belligerent, contrary to some media reports.

Simpson's attorney denied the allegations, arguing his client was not under the influence and the drug and alcohol test he took that night came back negative.

The trial, which garnered huge publicity, resulted in acquittal for the former National Football League star despite some fairly compelling evidence.
