The 33-year-old met the disgraced Oscar victor at a party in October, 2010, and the pair shared a ride home together, she told CBS News.

In de la Huerta's account of the night, Weinstein arrived at her apartment demanding to come inside and have a drink.

De la Huerta, 33, told the magazine the first alleged rape happened in November 2010. It happened very quickly....

Speaking to Vanity Fair, Detective Nicholas DiGaudio who is leading the investigation, said: 'I believe based on my interviews with Paz that from the N.Y.P.D. standpoint we have enough to make an arrest'.

"I'm not going to close the door and say others won't come forward but this is what we have right now".

De la Huerta has appeared in films, like "The Cider House Rules" and "A Walk to Remember", and starred as Lucy Danzinger in HBO's "Boardwalk Empire".

"He's like a pig. he raped me", she said.

"He pulled my dress up and unzipped his trousers and raped me", de la Huerta said. The actress said she'd been drinking at the time and was scared of Weinstein.

"We have an actual case here", Boyce said.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie are among the actresses to accuse Weinstein of sexual harassment, while Rose McGowan said he raped her. NY police told CNN they've fielded dozens of calls about Weinstein.

De la Huerta said she was hesitant to go public with her story, but hopes her word, along with the evidence she said she's helped investigators collect, is enough to put Weinstein in jail.

In Los Angeles, Officer Drake Madison, spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department, told USA TODAY the department now has two open investigations on Weinstein.

Vance's office declined to bring criminal charges against Weinstein in 2015, after Weinstein admitted in a recorded conversation he groped model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez.

Weinstein has not commented on the latest allegations, but has repeatedly denied accusations of non-consensual sex.
