Anello also claims Mariah had issues with race - and "wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people".
According to Anello, Mariah called him "a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist".
In addition to the allegations of sexual misconduct and racial abuse, Anello alleged that Carey also stiffed him on hundreds of thousands of dollars in wages from 2015 to 2017.
The complaint is being raised after Carey failed to pay the company for services they provided and ended a two-year contract.
Anello's attorney has written a draft of the suit. He also claims she exposed herself to him on multiple occasions as well as performed "sexual acts with the intent that they would be viewed". When he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open.
