J.A. Bayona is directing from a script by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly.
But there are more films yet to come and director Colin Trevorrow shared a sneak peek from the upcoming film Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom on his Twitter handle. "From our Jurassic family to yours", Treverrow tweeted on Wednesday. The clip only runs a few seconds long and shows Pratt as Owen, playing with what appears to be a young Velociraptor, not unlike the ones that the character trained and bonded with during the first Jurassic World installment.
The baby raptor looks just like Owen's buddy Blue from 2015's Jurassic World, with all the matching spots and stripes, which could mean that it's a flashback scene, Gizmodo pointed out. In the dino-dorable clip, raptor trainer Owen (Chris Pratt) gets a nuzzle from a tiny raptor that strongly resembles his right-hand reptile Blue. With much less CGI than what is available today, director Steven Spielberg created dinosaurs that felt life like to the audience.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be released on June 7, 2018 in the UK, and June 22, 2018 in the US. The extended cast includes James Cromwell, Ted Levine, Justice Smith, Geraldine Chaplin, Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, and Rafe Spall.More news: Kevin Spacey investigated by United Kingdom police over second sexual assault allegation

One of the biggest criticisms of "Jurassic World" was the CGI-heavy dinosaurs.
The sequel also brings back Bryce Dallas Howard and B. D. Wong as the sinister Dr Henry Wu.
