Former "Glee" star Mark Salling pled guilty to possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors on Tuesday.

The 35-year-old actor was arrested in December 2015 after his girlfriend tipped police off to Salling's illegal activities.

Though it still has to be formally approved by Judge Otis Wright II, the plea agreement with the Acting U.S. Attorney that was filed in California yesterday will also see Salling having to file as a sex offender upon getting out of jail. He must also pay $50,000 in restitution to any victim who requests it. Glee listed on the actor's IMDB page as his last acting credit.

Mark Salling was charged with two counts of child porn after over 50,000 explicit images of children were found on his personal computer. He was eventually caught after he showed the images to a woman he was in a relationship with, who reported the actor to authorities.

He must also register as a sex offender and refrain from communicating with people under 18 years old, according to court documents obtained by the website, which also state he must enroll in a sex offender treatment program.

According to Crime Watch Daily, police raided Salling's home in December 2015 and used a battering ram to force entry into his home. After the horrifying discovery, Salling was cut from the film "Gods and Secrets".

Salling finally made a plea deal in the damning charges against him, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
