The leaked images of Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL were shared by the mobile reporter, Evan Blass. Pricing is still said to be $649 for the 64GB Pixel 2 and $749 for the 128GB model, with the Pixel 2 XL jumping to $849 for the 64GB and $949 for the 128GB.
The Pixel 2 series will be an updated version of last year's Pixel.
The specifications including the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon processor is expected to be the same both on the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 smartphones making them very competent when it comes to real world performance.
While the first device is expected to look a bit clunky, smartphone watchers had high hopes for the Pixel 2 XL, which was expected to have the now industry standard edge to edge screen. Google's new Pixel smartphones are just a day away, but that's not stopping the rumor mill from churning out more leaks. Both will launch with Oreo on board. The device we see here has that earlier rumored edge-to-edge bezel-less display with the now trendy 18:9 aspect ratio. The question "why is my smartphone so dumb?" also indicates towards the presence of a better Google Assistant.
