The Honor 6 Play comes with on-screen buttons, as there are no physical or capacitive buttons included on the front side of this smartphone, though the company's logo is placed below the display. The device can be obtained in either in a 3GB or 4GB RAM variant both of which will sport 32GB of internal memory, which can be expanded through a microSD card up to 128GB. This device runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone takes the advantage of either 3GB RAM or 4GB RAM, depending upon the model you choose. In terms of photography, the phone will ship with an 8MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture. It was accompanied by the even cheaper Honor 6 Play. The 4 GB variant is priced slightly higher at CNY 1199 (approximately Rs 11,800). The handset is powered by a 3020mAh battery and out of the box, it is running Android v.6.0, Marshmallow under Huawei's proprietary EMUI 4.1 skin. The smartphone is all set to go on sale starting Sept 12. The latest offering features a metal unibody design with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Coming to the connectivity options, Honor V9 Play contains the 4G VoLTE, GPS, Micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.
