Accompanying the three exclusive covers that were unveiled last week, Entertainment Weekly has now revealed a brand new batch of photos from Star Trek: Discovery that give us some fresh snaps of already familiar characters, as well as a few new details. "The addition of "Strange Angel, ' our first series based on original IP; 'No Activity, ' our first comedy series; and '$1, ' an innovative thriller, builds on the tremendous momentum CBS All Access has generated in its first season of original programming with 'The Good Fight" and the upcoming 'Star Trek: Discovery'". David Lowery ("A Ghost Story") will direct and executive produce the co-production between CBS Television Studios and Scott Free Productions.

Marking All Access' first comedy series, "No Activity" comes from the producing team of Will Ferrell, Adam McKay ("Anchorman"), and amusing or Die. If they had to choose one of their fellow actors to captain a real spaceship, majority would choose Sonequa Martin-Green, who plays Lt. Michael Burnham.

The crew of the USS Discovery also includes Anthony Rapp (Lt. Paul Stamets), Shazad Latif (Lt. Ash Tyler) and Mary Wiseman (Cadet Silvia Tilly), who spoke about the mysterious science which is an important part of the show, being a former POW in the world of Star Trek, and fearing the Klingons. That's joined by $1, a mystery/thriller that focuses on the role of a single dollar bill connecting people involved in a "shocking multiple murder".

The premiere of "Star Trek: Discovery" on CBS' subscription streaming service, CBS All Access, was postponed nine months to maintain the quality of the brand.

From the creators of "The Good Wife", Robert and Michelle King, THE GOOD FIGHT's first season is now available to stream on CBS All Access, and the series will return for a second season in early 2018 with an expanded season order of 13 episodes. CBS also announced their CBSN 24-hour news network will be available on CBS All Access starting this week.

Star Trek: Discovery will follow the voyages of Starfleet on their missions to discover new worlds and new lifeforms, and one Starfleet officer who must learn that to truly understand all things alien, you must first understand yourself.
