Reasons Why casts seven new actors for season 2


13 Reasons Why is rounding out its cast with litigators, students, and an anti-bullying advocate in its upcoming second season, in production now.

Anne Winters, Bryce Cass, Chelsea Alden, Allison Miller, Samantha Logan, Kelli O'Hara and Ben Lawson have all joined the show, Variety reports.

23-year old Texas actress Anne Winters will take on the role of Chloe, a handsome "it girl" and head cheerleader at Liberty High.

O'Hara, a Broadway vet and Tony victor, will be playing Jackie, a "warm, intelligent" anti-bullying advocate.

Alison Miller will be playing Sonya, a young litigator who will no doubt be instrumental in the legal aftermath of the first season.

Ben Lawson (Doubt) as Rick, Liberty High's baseball coach.

After the phenomenon that is 13 Reasons Why swept our screens, many are waiting in eager anticipation for season two (and devouring any new information about it). He has been seen in shows such as Modern Family, 2 Broke Girls and Covert Affairs.

No release date for season two has been officially set yet.
