Hotel Staffer Comes Forward With Receipts Backing Quantasia Sharpton's Claims

Quantasia Sharpton appeared at a news conference with her lawyer Lisa Bloom earlier this week, where she claimed she invited backstage at an Usher concert and gave her number to one of the singer's people.

The Days Inn employee said that Sharpton was, indeed, staying at the hotel the night of the concert and told TMZ that she saw the "OMG" singer come into the lobby shortly after midnight on November 16 when he was greeted by Sharpton. Sharpton was believed to be in attendance, and has a pic of herself in a birthday tiara posing with Usher's opening act, August Alsina. Although Usher has vehemently denied these claims, hotel staff at the Days Inn have confirmed the woman's story. The singer met Sharpton, who brought him back to her room. The staffer even detailed the moment the singer came in to see Sharpton, specifying the moment she knew he allegedly had sex with her.

However, Usher says he may have pulled her up on stage, but he didn't have sex with her.

The woman says that while she asked him for a pic, he told her he'd take one with her before he left the hotel. She says although she was at the show celebrating her birthday, the concert was held several weeks after she turned 19. She says she waited an hour but he never returned. Sharpton claims she ran the risk of exposure to the STD after having sexual contact with Usher.

"In California, he's still liable because if he was positive, and if he had sex with her without revealing it, he's still liable for exposing her, which is a violation of her rights."
