A second episode of "Game of Thrones"' penultimate season has leaked online, but this time it wasn't the result of hackers.

Twitteraties are taking a dig on HBO and show-makers while joking about the whole incident.

Though not related to the hack of HBO computer systems just days earlier, the episode leak compounded problems for the network in trying to keep information from the show under wraps. This time, however, no hackers were involved.

If you don't care about spoilers, though, Reddit user Kingrdgz posted a screenshot and a 2 minute video from the episode on, a Game of Thrones discussion board.

HBO has suffered a series of security setbacks over recent weeks.

In a separate incident, pirated copies of the 6 August episode of Game of Thrones were spotted online several days earlier in the week, featuring an Indian broadcaster's logo.

There are many platforms in which footage of the episode is being shared, and it seems that based on what is shown and what was shown in the preview for next week's episode, the leak appears to be genuine.

Besides leaking draft scripts for "Game of Thrones" episodes, the HBO hackers also released upcoming episodes of "Ballers", "Room 104", "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and "Insecure".

HBO is not the only broadcaster to have been caught out by its own technology.

Although some viewers shared spoilers and screengrabs to Reddit, reports at the time suggested the episode had not been pirated as a effect.
