Minnesota kicker Justin Juenemann received the best news of his college football career from new Golden Gophers coach P.J. Fleck, in a manner perfectly fitting for the eccentric Fleck: shot from a T-shirt cannon. The head coach P.J. Fleck invited one of the patients named Kyle in for a team meeting.
Fleck then handed an air cannon loaded with a t-shirt to Kyle, and told him to fire a shirt at Juenemann.
Juenemann was quickly swarmed by his teammates before sitting down and giving his mom a call to let her known about his scholarship. The t-shirt said, "Justin, congrats on earning a scholarship!" "Where his face is recognizable", Fleck said in the video. "He could easily not do it, and nobody would say anything".More news: Stocks open lower; Macy's and Blue Apron drop

Every time a walk-on is awarded a scholarship, it's an incredibly special moment for those involved - the player, the player's family and the team members who are in on the secret ahead of the big reveal. "This was truly an experience I will never forget!" tweeted Juenemann, a Phillipsburg, Kansas native studying human resources and industrial relations.
Juenemann is a fifth year senior and has never appeared in a game for the Gophers.
