Bill Hader takes on Anthony Scaramucci on Weekend Update

There's just too much going on to wait for Saturday Night Live's season premiere in the fall, so Weekend Update anchors Colin Jost and Michael Che are coming back early for four weeks of Weekend Update: Summer Edition, which premiered tonight. If these are the kind of cameos we can expect from Weekend Update: Summer Edition, then you won't hear me complaining about NBC oversaturating the brand of SNL (which they even joked about during this first episode), especially if it means they get to take advantage of the headline-making satire they would otherwise have missed out on.

"You know how you miss me, I'm like human cocaine", he said of his weird, brief reign. "Now that I'm gone, you're all depressed and edgy and you're trying to figure out how to score some more Scaramucci!".

Che asked Scaramucci if he was "surprised" that he only lasted eleven days as White House Communications Director. "All to be the king of Idiot Mountain for 11 days". It's like 'To Catch a Predator, ' you know about this Colin. And by the by, I was completely misquoted. "I didn't say that Bannon tried to S his own C. he did it!"

Scaramucci called Lizza last month and insulted White House aides using vulgar language during the phone interview. "He made contact! I saw it, tongue to tip!" "But the Mooch has no regrets, baby". And while Che was getting into a story about an animal getting its head stuck in a jar of peanut butter, a FaceTime request suddenly pops up on the screen... and it's from Anthony Scaramucci! Who else is looking forward to the real Mooch's upcoming appearance on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday night?
