Sophie Turner Opens Up About The "Terrifying" 'Game of Thrones' Finale

Actor Maisie Williams speaks onstage at "Featured Session: Game of Thrones" during 2017 SXSW Conference and Festivals at Austin Convention Center on March 12, 2017 in Austin, Texas. Some of the cast members have hinted what events might occur in Westeros, possibly also hinting who is going to survive until its eighth and final season.

It's simply impossible to watch Game of Thrones without feeling a sense of amazement over the hairstyles - especially that of fiery-haired fan favourite, Sansa Stark. Most of them, including Emilia Clarke, were virtual unknowns before they stepped into the land of Westeros, created by writer George RR Martin.

Yet it is Turner who has now surpassed them both, becoming fashion's newest darling - not least Louis Vuitton, who has courted her as its latest muse.

During the season 6 finale "The Winds of Winter", Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) claimed the Iron Throne after blowing up her enemies (most of the King's Landing-based characters) with wildfire resulting in her last son, King Tommen Baratheon (Dean-Charles Chapman) committing suicide. Since then, the role of Sansa Stark has been a major part of her life. "Normally you play a character for a month or so, and then you are done with it, but to be able to flesh out a character for over eight or so years has been really fantastic", she told W.

It came at just the right time, as the fantasy series is nearing its end in Season 8, but now it sounds like even though these spinoffs are coming, fans will still have to say goodbye to some beloved GoT characters - in particular, Sansa Stark. I don't know. I don't know if Sansa will be included in the spinoffs, but I believe that it probably wouldn't be.

Once she marries Ramsey, and returning to Winterfell, Sansa is sexually violated by her new husband and psychologically tormented by him and his psychotic mistress Miranda. "They see the true, pure love between us". "I think she can make it through this".

Just when Jon looks defeated at the Battle of the Bastards outside of Winterfell, Sansa and Littlefinger arrive with a huge army from the Vale and crush the surviving Bolton forces. "This season is about trust and loyalty".

"It's more about her figuring out how to treat that power and how to surround herself with the people that are best for her", she added.

She said: "I've been trying to wrap my head around it".
