At the end of last season Claire went back through the stones at Jamie's urging, and she lived a happy/unhappy with Frank, raising her and Jamie's daughter, Brianna. Now pregnant with Jamie's child, she struggles with the fallout of her sudden reappearance and its effect on her marriage to her first husband, Frank. Meanwhile, in the 18th century, Jamie is dealing with the aftermath of failure at the battle at Culloden and his loss of Claire. Maybe it's enough to have gone once. "Time has passed, they've become different people, but they do have this great love for each other and this great bond". The new season of the show will officially return to the network on September 10. The couple will do anything to find their way back together through centuries and continents. Claire rocks a 1960s hairstyle and outfit, while Jamie is in the 1700s. And with Scotland, Cape Town, and even an ocean voyage to the New World (which Moore calls "a big turning point in the saga") on the horizon, the very setting of this epic romance will change. The only question is whether they'll still feel the same way after so long apart. As the Season 3 tagline states, "True love is never lost".
