New 'Blade Runner 2049' Trailer Teases More Plot and More Ryan Gosling

Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford are being hunted in an intense new trailer for their upcoming sci-fi film Blade Runner 2049. The third full-length trailer will release tomorrow (July 17) on ABC's Good Morning America at 7 am ET.

"You're a cop", Ford questions his successor, adding, "I had your job once".

"The future of the species is finally unearthed", an unknown voice says ominously at the end of the newest blade Runner 2049 trailer. The buildup through this two-minute trailer suggests K and Deckard are going to find some larger truth that everyone would rather not know about themselves. Much like the original film, it appears director Denis Villeneuve is utilizing quite a vast color palette in both the shot selection in the production design as well.

Villeneuve's film also stars The film stars Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis, Carla Juri, Lennie James, Dave Bautista, and Jared Leto.

The search for Deckard is a useful context to fill everyone in on what has happened, or what may have happened, in the 30 years between this film's setting and that of the original Blade Runner.

"Blade Runner 2049" is directed by Denis Villeneuve ("Arrival") and hits theaters on October 6.
