Help make miracles happen when you buy a Dairy Queen Blizzard treat

Funds donated to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals will help with research, education, equipment, and compensated medical care, according to a press release. The hospitals provide care to over 10 million children each year. "We've actually got to see in our community, that all the money goes toward local kids".

Last year, participating Dairy Queen locations in the US and Canada raised more than $4 million on Miracle Treat Day alone for local CMN hospitals. The company raised more than $9 million over the course of the entire year, the report said.

About Children's Miracle Network Children's Miracle Network® raises funds for 170 children's hospitals, 14 of which are in Canada.

All East Texas Dairy Queen locations will be hosting their annual Miracle Treat Day Thursday.

Buy a Blizzard from area Dairy Queen restaurants and you can make a difference in a child's life.

For each DQ blizzard sold today, $1 or more will be donated to CMN. "That will call come back to Children's Miracle Network at Marshfield Medical Center", WSAU reported.
