Anthony Scaramucci blames White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus for leaks

"I will be contacting @FBI and the @TheJusticeDept #swamp @Reince45", Scaramucci tweeted late Wednesday, tagging Priebus in the post.

According to several reports, Priebus and former White House press secretary Sean Spicer were both vehemently against Scaramucci's hiring.

He later deleted the tweet.

Anthony Scaramucci, Trump's new communications director, on Thursday backed away from what appeared to be a suggestion that the FBI investigate Priebus over a leak of Scaramucci's financial records.

Scaramucci also described his lack of interest in drawing media attention while serving in the White House: "I'm not Steve Bannon, I'm not trying to suck my own cock".

"Underconfidence plus insecurity always equals paranoia and backstabbing", he said, vowing to find out the source.

Now, Mad Dog Scaramucci says he initially tagged Reince for an entirely different reason: to present a united front to any leakers who might be watching.

"If Reince wants to explain that he's not a leaker, let him do that", Scaramucci told CNN's Chris Cuomo. "Let me tell you something about myself, I'm a straight shooter". So glad we took care of that globalist takeover, am I right?

White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci responded this evening to an article detailing an expletive-ridden conversation a reporter with The New Yorker reporter says he had with Scaramucci wherein he criticized key members of the Trump administration's senior staff.

"It's absolutely, completely and totally reprehensible", he said.

"I don't know if this is reparable or not, that will be up to the President, but he's the chief of staff, he's responsible for understanding and uncovering and helping me do that inside the White House, which is why I put that tweet out last night".

Scaramucci and Priebus have long had a strained relationship, but Thursday's interview is the most public airing of that relationship yet. "When I said we were brothers from the podium, that's because we're rough on each other".

The tweet followed POLITICO's publication of Scaramucci's financial disclosures filed in the course of his employment with the Export-Import Bank.

This is how Lorraine Woellert, the Politico reporter who broke the story, got it.

Kellyanne Conway, another senior White House adviser, said in a Fox News interview: "Somebody is trying to get in his way and scare him off from working here, which is a huge mistake". The report was based off of Scaramucci's financial disclosure form.

Second, Scaramucci's financial disclosure form wasn't leaked. It's unclear if Scaramucci knows how Cain and Abel cleared things up, or that this sort of makes Donald Trump God in that analogy.
