One Love Manchester: Ariana Grande Performs at Benefit for Terror Attack Victims

Speaking on stage before she performed at the One Love Manchester benefit concert, the USA pop star said: "It's not easy to always choose love is it, especially in moments like this, right?"

Ariana Grande is scheduled to return to the stage Sunday in Manchester, England, for a concert to raise money for victims of a suicide bombing that struck at the end of her last show almost two weeks ago.

"Manchester, we love you so much", Grande said at the close of her initial performance. She later returned to sing "Where Is the Love" with The Black Eyed Peas.

While the city would have been forgiven for keeping a low profile in the following weeks the announcement of the #OneLoveManchester concert with Ariana Grande returning to headline showed a bravery from both Ariana and the city itself.

Greater Manchester Police Assistant Chief Constable Garry Shewan also released a statement on Sunday: "There are two large-scale events taking place in Greater Manchester today and we would like to assure people that these will still take place, but with additional security in place to ensure the safety of everyone".
