Nubia M2 Play with Snapdragon 435 SoC, 3GB RAM, Android 7.0 launched

The Chinese multinational consumer electronics company ZTE amalgamate all your needs in one single model, the brand new ZTE Nubia M2 Play, freshly launched in India to flaunt its craftsmanship. It sits lower than the M2 and closer to the M2 Lite. Just below it is a fingerprint scanner to unlock your device quickly.

Nubia M2 Play runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with nubiaUI 5.0 skin.

The Nubia M2 Play is now official after it was listed and highlighted on its company website.

In the camera department, Nubia M2 Play sports a 13-megapixel main Sony CMOS sensor at the back with f/2.2 aperture and hybrid autofocus.

When comparing to the M2 series the nubia M2 Lite has a HelioP10 chipset with an octa-core processor clocked a bit higher.

Discussing the specs, Nubia M2 Play features 5.5-inch HD LCD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution and 274ppi pixel density. The smartphone packs a 3000mAh non-removable battery, and connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPS, and Glonass. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter with an f/2.4 aperture, 84-degree wide-angle lens for capturing selfies and making video calls.

Design wise, the new Nubia M2 Play is very identical to its younger sibling M2 Lite with respect to design. You can further expand this storage via a microSD card upto 128GB as well for adding more files, media, etc.

ZTE has not disclosed any details on its pricing and availability. There is no information available on the performance of the device but the device sports a stronger build as it features a double diamond edge-cut frame on its metallic body.
