Woods, who issued a statement on Monday saying alcohol was not involved in the incident, needed to be woken by a police officer, his arrest report showed.

Police said Woods' black 2015 Mercedes-Benz had damage to the driver's side wheel rims, two flat tires, damage to the front bumper and some scrapes and scuff marks on the rear bumper.

Woods did agree to a breathalyzer test - contrary to TMZ's inaccurate reporting on the stop - and twice blew a 0.000.

The police officer found Woods' vehicle parked on the right-hand side of the road with the motor running and the brake lights on.

According to an incident report obtained by TMZ, an investigation of Woods' Mercedes revealed what was described by officers as "fresh damage" to the auto.

The report said Woods was "extremely sleepy", and the officer observed it was hard for Woods to keep his eyes open and to walk.

Woods allegedly told police he was "coming from L.A. California from golfing".

Police said "It should be noted that Woods was headed south bound away from Hobe Sound".

The reports said Woods' pupils were dilated, and he told the officers he hadn't taken any illegal drugs. Police say golf great Tiger Woods has been arrested on a DUI charge in Florida. The Palm Be.
