A neighbour told Nine News she had no idea something was wrong until she saw the ambulance and police cars.

'Everything was very quiet. I was quite incredible because there was no noise. All of a sudden, all these ambulances were everywhere, ' she said.

"There is never any sound comes from there, nothing that gave any indication something was wrong".

Members from the Child Protection and Investigation Unit will continue investigations today.
