In another development, sacked minister Kapil Mishra will record a "detailed" statement with regard to the Rs 400- crore tanker scam in the Delhi Jal Board with the Anti- Corruption Branch on Thursday.

Last evening, a man who later identified himself as Ankit Bharadwaj, walked up to Mr Mishra and collared him, saying his charges of corruption against Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal were false. 'Mishra is now speaking the language of the BJP and the Congress.
Pledging to remove corrupt people from the party, he said that he will go to all the higher authority and make the revelation about these things. The AAP, however, said the man was not affiliated to the party. 'The ACB is under the central government which is ruled by the BJP. "It is the BJP which is behind all this", Singh said.
