Officials say the teens killed the boy after stealing his mother's vehicle.
Kingston was set to graduate from kindergarten this week.
Police had issued a child-abduction alert and sought help from the public to find the vehicle and the child.
Kingston Frazier, 6, was left alone inside his mother's Toyota Camry in the parking lot of a Kroger grocery store in Jackson, Mississippi, reports CNN. Frazier was found shot dead in the back seat.
